Terence Ambe
Terence Ambe is a law associate with Freelane Law, LLC, bringing two decades of combined legal, tax, and business experience spanning big four accounting firms, large corporations, and government contractors. Terence has extensive experience in managing multistate and international tax compliance, mergers and acquisitions, tax, treasury and banking reporting.
Terence has managed full-cycle accounting operations, financial reporting, and client-facing financial performance analysis presentations for government contracting companies. Terence has also represented corporate clients in managing the legal complexities of buying, selling and merging business entities.
He has extensive experience in negotiating deal terms, performing legal due diligence and drafting definitive agreements to ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and corporate laws.
